DRILLING TOOLS QA PLAN

CISI offers customer/clients an in house Oilfield Drilling Tools QA Plan.  CISI will move to customer/client location an office/work trailer for quick and accurate attention to all service tools.  Customer/client shall outline all services performed.

CISI will produce a computer program to track the use, inspection and testing of all tools and equipment.  We have one program to monitor all tools in all locations.  A similar form will be used to track all inspections on all equipment.

CISI will Acid Bath all small tools, perform Thread Gauge Check, Wet Mag, and assure proper identifying number are hard stenciled on each part for permanent records.

CISI will maintain hard copy data booklet and electronic files on each category of equipment.  By doing so our customer/client can discard any damaged or unsafe equipment to avoid lost time or unnecessary accidents.
